The CGT-03 is a high‑precision turbine gas meter designed for accurate measurement of gas volume in industrial and energy applications. This electromechanical, pressure-rated device ensures reliable operation across a wide range of flow rates and operating conditions, delivering metrological accuracy class 1.0.

Suitable for both indoor and outdoor installations, the CGT-03 can operate in hazardous areas – compliant with requirement of ATEX zone 1 and zone 2. This gas meter is compatible with a broad range of gases, including those defined by PN‑EN 437.

The CGT-03 gas meter is a robust construction with flange connections up to PN110 (ANSI 600), resistance to pressures up to 11 MPa, and operation in temperatures from −25°C to +70°C.

Equipped with a mechanical register with optional features such as pulse outputs (LF, MF, HF), encoder-module, LF-BC module, the CGT-03 allows for integration with external data acquisition systems, volume correctors, and monitoring solutions.

Thanks to its durable design, advanced measurement technology, and compliance with MID, ATEX, and PED directives, the CGT-03 ensures long-term reliability, safety, and precise gas flow measurement in demanding environments.

METROLOGICAL

  • high‑precision measurement across the entire operating range
  • resistance to form of gas flow disturbances; accurate measurement with an upstream straight‑pipe section of 2xDN

OPERATIONAL ADVANTAGES

  • rotatable register assembly, enabling easy reading in any installation position
  • wide range of electrical output options within the register assembly:
    • 2 x LFK low‑frequency reed‑switch transmitters
    • 2 x LFW low‑frequency Wiegand‑sensor transmitters
    • 2 x LFI low‑frequency NAMUR‑standard inductive transmitters
    • 2 x MF medium‑frequency NAMUR‑standard inductive transmitters
    • 1 x ENC‑N encoder transmitter — digital encoder output
    • 1 x LF‑BC low‑frequency transmitter with gas‑flow direction control
    • 1 x AFK control circuit with a reed contact or normally‑closed open‑collector output.
